Public Offer

This document is a public offer by A. Yu. Nikolaevsky (self-employed, TIN 166026461417) setting out the terms of access to the Complect service (complect.design).

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the Complect web service and browser extension — a tool for collecting and organising products from online shops into collections. Access is granted on the terms of the plan currently in effect, as published on the pricing page.

2. Plans and pricing

The core functionality of the service is provided free of charge and without limits on the number of projects and products. Paid plans with additional features are in development; their contents and prices will be published at complect.design/pricing before any payment is accepted.

3. Payment

As of the publication date of this version of the offer, use of the service is not charged. The payment procedure, billing period and payment service will be stated in a new version of the offer, published before paid plans are introduced. The User will be notified of any change in terms at least 14 days in advance.

4. Provision of the service

Access is granted immediately upon registration on the website; no further steps are required. Collecting products requires installing the Chrome browser extension. The activation procedure for paid features will be described in a new version of the offer before paid plans are introduced.

5. Ending use of the service

The User may stop using the service at any time and delete their account together with all data by contacting the Provider’s email. Since no payment is charged for use of the service, the question of refunds does not arise. Cancellation and refund terms will be published in a new version of the offer at the same time as paid plans are introduced.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Acceptance of the offer

Registration on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
